TADA is celebrating its 5th birthday and it’s our “friends” - driver-partners, riders, and brand buddies that made the journey from 0 to 5 joyful and much much better! In our 5th Birthday campaign, we want to show you that TADA is more fun when with friends!
Eligibility

This giveaway is open to TADA users in Singapore with valid TADA accounts. You may register for a TADA account at any point during the campaign period (3rd - 30th July) and participate in the giveaway.
Lucky Draw and Notification of Winners
​
The lucky draw for all prizes will be held at TADA Station (40 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City Singapore 573958). The winners for each weekly prize will be announced on 12th July / 19th July / 26th July / 2nd August / 4th August (Grand Cash Prize) respectively on TADA’s Instagram account @tadasg_official . Winners will be notified via registered mobile number or email with TADA between 12th July and 9th August.

You must pair with another TADA user in order to participate in the giveaway

You can only pair up with one friend throughout the campaign period

A pair will automatically enter a prize giveaway when both riders meet the required trip count by the given cutoff date

A pair can win up to 5 prizes together including the $5000 Grand Cash Prize

All your TADA trips (excl. delivery trips) in all payment methods (Cash, Card, NETSQR, Corporate) completed in Singapore from 3rd July (00:00) to 30th July (23:59) are eligible which include trips that happen before you pair up with someone.

Advance trips that are completed within the campaign period (3rd July - 30th July) are eligible.

TADA reserves the right to substitute prize items in the campaign should there be any unforeseen circumstances where things run out of stock.

TADA vouchers in this campaign are not exchangeable for cash. No extension will be granted

All prizes in this campaign are subject to a set of terms of conditions. Under no circumstances will TADA be held responsible or liable for further issues/disputes arising from redeeming prizes from 3rd party merchants

Why I don’t see the Giveaway campaign in my TADA app?
Remember to update your TADA app to the latest version in order to see the campaign updates.
How do I obtain my friend’s TADA referral code
Every TADA user with a valid account has a unique referral code which can be found at the menu bar, under “Invite a Friend”. You can ask for the code from your friend.
How do I know if I’m paired up with a friend?
Upon a successful pairing, you will be able to see “You’re connected to xxx” under the tracking bar in your TADA app. This will reflect in your friend’s app too.
Will my friend be informed when a pairing is successful?
Yes, a push notification from TADA will be sent to the friend, however, it is advised to communicate with him personally before you initiate the pairing.
Me or my friend is not a TADA user yet, if we sign up for TADA after the campaign commences, can we participate in the giveaway?
Yes! You may register for a TADA account at any point during the campaign period (3rd - 30th July) and participate in the giveaway.

I have completed a few TADA rides before I got to know about this campaign and paired with my friend. Will these previous TADA rides count?
Yes! ALL your TADA trips completed from 3rd July (00:00) to 30th July (23:59) are eligible which include trips that happen before the pairing.
Will the “prize” we win as a pair come in pairs or we will need to split?
All prizes come in pairs except the $5000 Grand Cash Prize where each of you will walk away with $2500 worth of cash. For example, if you and the friend are the winning pair for “Dyson Hair Dryer”, each of you will receive one hair dryer.
Understand that TADA is giving out 5 prizes in total. If we miss one giveaway, can I enter another?
Of course. There’s a cutoff date by which you and the friend need to clock the trip counts in order to enter each giveaway. This is the only condition that matters. For example, if a pair doesn't meet the required trip counts set for the 1st prize giveaway, as long as they complete enough trips by the cutoff date for the 2nd prize, they will enter the 2nd giveaway automatically.
